Vaelix Hosting provides game server hosting and related online services. Service features may change without notice.
03 Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to:

04 Prohibited uses
Customers may not use our services to:

08 Payments

12 Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Vaelix Hosting harmless from claims arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14 Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
