We offer a refund within 72 hours of your first purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

After this window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What isn't refundable

Refunds are not available for:

  • Referral credits
  • Partial billing periods
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

Cancelling your service

You can cancel at any time through your control panel. After cancellation, your server data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted.
