Vaelix ("we", "us", or "our") operates vaelix.cloud and the associated store at store.vaelix.cloud. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. By using our services you agree to these practices.

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or place an order:

• Full name and email address
• Billing address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store raw card data)
• Communication you send to our support team

We also collect technical data automatically when you use our services:

• IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Pages visited and actions taken in your control panel
• Server resource usage (CPU, RAM, disk, network) for billing and infrastructure purposes

• To provision and operate your server(s)
• To send invoices, receipts, and service notifications
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve our infrastructure and services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to your control panel and preference cookies to remember your settings. We also use Google's advertising tag on this website to measure the performance of our advertising. This tag may set cookies on your device and send information about your visit, such as the pages you view, to Google. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the tag stays off, and sets no advertising cookies, until you accept it in the cookie banner. Everywhere else it runs by default, unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as a decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent certain panel features from working correctly.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Server data (world files, configuration, backups) is deleted within 14 days of service termination unless you request earlier deletion.

We use third-party processors to handle payments. These processors have their own privacy policies and are independently responsible for the data they handle. We share only the minimum information required to process your transaction.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at contact@vaelix.cloud. We will respond within 30 days. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and apply access controls to limit who can view your data internally. No system is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in your control panel. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
